A photo doesn’t look like me
Open the photo and tap “Not quite you? Remake it free”. Each gallery photo can be remade once. Adding your best close-up selfie first (whole face, straight on, in daylight, no sunglasses or filters) makes the biggest difference, and every new photo uses it.
How do I save photos to my iPhone?
Open a photo, tap “Save to Photos”, then choose “Save Image”. On a computer, “Download” saves the full-resolution file.
How do retouches work?
Open any gallery photo to change the outfit, background, colours, hair and makeup and more. Each change makes a new photo, so you keep the original too. Your package sets how many retouches each photo has.
How long does it take?
Free previews take about a minute. After you unlock, your first few photos are ready in a few minutes so you can tell us what you think; the rest follow soon after.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you’re not happy, email us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund, as long as you haven’t downloaded any full-resolution photos. The details are in our terms.
How do I delete my photos?
Delete a single photo from its page, a whole shoot from the bottom of the shoot, or everything in Settings → “Delete my account and all photos”.
