Privacy Policy

ViviBump (“we”, “us”) turns your everyday photos into maternity and newborn portraits. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us, how long we keep it, and your choices. Questions? Email hello@vivibump.com.
What we collect

Photos you upload, and the photos we create from them. They may show you, your partner, your children or anyone else you add.
•
Your email address, when you add one, so you can sign in with a one-time code. We don’t use passwords.
•
Your shoot choices: look, outfit, colours, poses, notes and retouch requests.
•
Purchase details: which package you bought, the price and when. Card details go straight to Stripe (or Apple or Google in our apps); we never see or store them.
•
Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, and how you found us (for example the ad or link you clicked, including its campaign tags).
•
A sign-in token saved in your browser or device to keep you signed in, and the advertising tools described below.
Face analysis
To check that each generated photo still looks like the people in your uploads, our servers compare facial features in your photos with the results, and check that your photos show a clear face. This creates temporary numeric face measurements. They are used only for these checks, stay on our own servers, are never shared or sold, and are discarded as soon as each check finishes. We do not store them.
By uploading photos you agree to this processing, and confirm that every adult pictured agrees too and that you are the parent or guardian of (or have permission from the parent or guardian of) any child pictured.
How we use your information
We don’t use your photos to train AI models, and we never use your photos in our marketing without asking you first. The example photos on our website show fictional people created with AI.

To create your previews, gallery and retouches.

To sign you in and send login codes and messages about your shoot.
•
To take payments, give refunds and prevent fraud and abuse, such as misuse of free previews.

To measure our advertising and improve our service.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers, who may use your information only to provide their services to us, under their own terms:
•
Meta Platforms (Muse Image): your uploaded photos and style choices are sent to its AI model to create your images.
•
DigitalOcean: hosting and storage of our servers, database and photos.
•
Stripe: payments on our website.
•
Apple and Google: purchases in our iOS and Android apps.
•
Resend: sending login-code emails.
•
Meta Platforms (advertising): see “Advertising” below.
Advertising
We use Meta’s advertising tools (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you use our website, Meta may receive your IP address, browser, the pages you view and actions you take, such as starting a free preview, adding your email or buying a package. Our servers also send Meta these actions with your email address and account ID in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match them to its users. Meta uses this to tell us which ads work and may use it to show you ads.
Under some US state laws this counts as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (when it’s on, we don’t load the Meta Pixel or send these actions to Meta), or email us and we’ll stop sending your information to Meta. You can also manage ad settings in your Facebook and Instagram accounts. We don’t sell your photos or personal information for money.
How long we keep it
•
Uploaded photos: deleted 30 days after your gallery is finished.
•
Shoots and generated photos: deleted 180 days after the shoot was created, so please download your favourites.
•
Shoots started without an email: deleted after 30 days.
•
Your account: until you delete it. You can delete your account and all photos at any time in Settings.
•
Payment records held by Stripe, Apple or Google are kept under their policies and as the law requires. Deleted information may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California or another US state, the UK or the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. You can delete everything yourself in Settings, or email hello@vivibump.com and we’ll respond within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
Our service is for adults aged 18 and over. Parents and guardians may upload photos of their own children to create family and newborn portraits. These photos are used only for that shoot, handled like your other photos, and never used in advertising. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13; if you think we have, email us and we’ll delete it.
Security
Everything is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), photos are shown only through private links that expire, and access to our systems is restricted. No service can be perfectly secure, so please contact us if you notice anything suspicious.
Changes and contact
If we make important changes to this policy, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email.
