Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ViviBump (“we”, “us”) for using our website and apps. By using ViviBump you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for everything done in your account, so keep access to your email secure. A shoot started without adding an email may be lost if you clear your browser or switch devices.
What we provide
We use artificial intelligence to create new portraits based on photos you upload. Free previews let you see the result before you pay. AI results vary: they can contain mistakes, for example in hands, small details or likeness, and they are not professional photographs. We check faces automatically and let you retry and retouch photos, but we can’t guarantee every photo will be perfect.
Your photos and permission

Only upload photos you own or have the right to use.

You must have permission from every adult pictured, and be the parent or guardian (or have their permission) of every child pictured.

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to store and process them and to send them to our AI providers, only to provide the service to you. This permission ends when you delete them, apart from short-term backups.
What’s not allowed
We, or our AI providers, may refuse requests that break these rules, and we may suspend accounts that do.

Nudity or sexual content, and any sexualized content involving a minor (which we report to the authorities where required).
•
Photos of people without their permission, or putting someone else’s face or likeness into photos.
•
Anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive (such as fake identity documents) or infringing someone else’s rights.

Abusing free previews (for example with many accounts), scraping, or interfering with the service.
Your generated photos
You may use the photos we create for you for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, and we give you any rights we have in them. Because they’re made by AI, some countries may not recognise copyright in them, and similar-looking styles may be created for other customers.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you buy and are one-time payments, not subscriptions. On our website they’re charged in US dollars by Stripe; in our apps, Apple or Google set the local price and take the payment. A package unlocks one shoot. Retouch limits apply to each photo. We may change prices, but not for a package you’ve already bought.
Money-back guarantee and refunds
If you’re not happy with your gallery, email hello@vivibump.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund, as long as you haven’t downloaded any full-resolution photos. We refund website purchases to your original payment method; banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
If we can’t deliver your gallery because of a problem on our side, we’ll give you a full refund. Purchases made in our iOS or Android apps are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies; we’re happy to help you request one. Free previews never cost anything.
Keeping your photos
We keep photos for a limited time (see our Privacy Policy) and then delete them, so download the photos you want to keep. We may change or stop parts of the service; if we stop it entirely, we’ll give you notice so you can download your photos.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
If you break these terms, for example by uploading someone’s photos without permission, you’re responsible for the claims that result.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled by its courts, unless your local law says otherwise. You can always bring a claim in small-claims court. If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above; continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
